Say YA To Da UP puts you in front of Internet users across the UP and the US.

Today, nearly 80% of all US homes are online, searching an average of 8 hours per week for information about vacations, services, and goods to make decisions before they make the purchase.

Say YA To Da UP is specifically designed for residents of the UP so that they may easily market to other residents of the UP and to people interested in touring or vacationing in the UP, in buying property, homes, or other goods in the UP, or offering services to residents of the UP.

Priority and Placement

Advertising placement is arranged in the following priority:

1. UP Advertisers have first priority and are placed on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and payment.
2. National Advertisers have second priority and are placed on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval and payment and subject to movement to a lower position upon placements by UP advertisers.
3. Affiliate Advertisers have susequent placement priority after approval and deposit payment and subject to the terms of the affiliate agreement. All affiliate placement is at the sole discretion of the webmaster and subject to movement to a lower position upon placements by UP or National advertisers.

Pricing

Pricing is segragated into four categories:

1. UP Advertisers
2. UP Promoters
3. National Advertisers
4. Affiliate Advertisers

UP Advertisers: UP Advertisers enjoy special pricing, which is only available to qualified UP residents. To qualify as a UP advertiser, the advertiser must be a legal resident of the UP. The advertiser's legal residency is determined by the actual owner of the business. Corporations registered in Michigan whose primary location is in the UP are UP advertisers; all other corporations are either National Advertisers or Affiliates of Sigma One Group, a Wisconsin-based corporation whose owners are natives of, property owners in, and taxpayers to the UP.

UP Promoters: UP Promoters are individuals or businesses whose primary purpose is to promote commerce activities in the UP which benefit residents or businesses located in the UP.

National Advertisers: Any corporation with a primary location outside of the UP, or whose legal entity was formed outside of the UP is a national advertiser.

Affiliate Advertisers: Sigma One Group operates an affiliate program for the benefit of it and its advertisers to enjoy wider exposure on the Internet and through affiliate advertising programs, such as those conducted from time to time on local television stations, through localized radio and newspaper placements, and in all major search engines. These programs include agreements not to compete in search engine marketing channels, such as pay-per-click advertising. To date, the benefits of the affiliate program have proven to be astronomical. Pricing for affiliates is relative to performance, thereby associating costs with increased earnings. Answer: No, you must physically and legally reside in the UP to qualify for UP advertising rates, however, you can still advertise on Say YA To Da UP. National advertisers advertise with image placements (the graphic advertisements displayed to the left and right of the page) and with that advertisement, are also provided the opportunity to list their business contact information within the individual categories, which listing will be displayed under a heading denoting that the business is located outside of the UP, but offers services to residents or businesses of the UP.
